I’m Sara, a dedicated Trauma Trained Somatic Practitioner with a strong foundation built on over 460 hours of specialized certifications and trainings.

My passion lies in somatic practices and nervous system regulation. I specialize in guiding individuals through personalized 1:1 coaching sessions, leveraging my education, intuition, and extensive experience. My aim is to support each client's journey back to the sanctuary within themselves.

 Committed to continual growth, I embrace ongoing learning opportunities to enhance my practice and deepen my understanding. I am dedicated not only to improving my business but also to nurturing personal development.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I actively seek ways to contribute positively to our community and advocate for holistic well-being. I firmly believe in the transformative power of somatic practices in fostering resilience and healing.

Outside of my work, you can usually find me outside. I enjoy gardening, growing vegetables and flowers. I love surfing, so much so I do it year-round, usually layered up with lots of neoprene. I frequent yoga classes, and have been practicing yoga for 16 years.
